The Edit I

On the Weekly Edit we share furniture, lighting, accessories, and more that we're loving! We also include an easy way to shop our favorite finds, a little update on all things design, and what spaces and designers that are totally inspiring — and deserving of all the shares and praise!

This week we’re revealing our latest design and renderings for our European Kitchen.

Our clients sought a minimal yet sophisticated atmosphere with a strong connection to nature. Calling on inspiration from the surrounding landscape, we relied on natural materials and neutral color tones to yield a sophisticated kitchen nestled in Portugal's countryside. Using natural, high-quality materials that will age and patina with time and touch was important in creating a space that is both tranquil and layered. The textural and harmonious palette creates the perfect atmosphere while inviting us to dig in, be still, and deepen our relationship with space and each other.

Inspiration

Before we started designing, we pulled inspiration from the site, culture, and surrounding landscape. It was important to us to create a space that belonged on the site while serving the needs and well-being of our client.

Design Board

In creating a space that belonged, we employed natural materials that age and patina to the touch.

By using different textures throughout our design, we are creating a layered and subtle interior that still feels inviting, yet thoughtful.

Design Renderings

We’re so excited to be able to offer renderings to our clients! It’s been an invaluable tool for us to be able to communicate our visions and designs.
